Biography
A First Class BA Hons graduate from Norwich University College of the Arts, Susan Gunn has exhibited widely over the past decade including exhibitions in association with Candlestar, London; Arts Council England-East, Rollo Contemporary Art, London, The Fine Art Society, London, & Salthouse Church, in conjunction with the North Norfolk Exhibition Project.
She received international recognition when she was awarded the Sovereign European Painting Prize in 2006.
Susan has held solo exhibitions at Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery and at The Gallery, Norwich University College of the Arts.
She was employed as a selector and nominator for Axis MA Graduates programme, sat on the regional Arts Council for the East of England and was on the select panel of judges for the Sovereign European Art Prize 2007 that was launched at the Guggengeim – Venice.
Susan has lectured at Norwich University College of the Arts and worked as a visiting tutor for Fine Art, she is also a judge for the annual Bishops Art Prize presented to a student studying at the University.
